How to Order

Secure Online Order
This site contains an easy-to-use shopping cart that allows you to add products to your cart. Click on the "Add to Basket" button next to the product you wish to purchase, then complete the delivery and payment details. NOTE: All prices are in Australian Dollars

Phone Order
Phone your order to us on (02) 4997 7150. We are open between 9:00am and 5pm weekdays. If we are not in the office, please leave a message on our answering machine and we will get back to you.

Fax Order
Fax your order to us on (02) 4997 7150. Please include your name, contact details, delivery details & products you wish to order.

Email Order
Email your order to us at hazel.cotton@skymesh.com.au. Please include your name, contact details, delivery details, the products you wish to order including product code and quantity. As email is an unsecure method, we recommend that you phone your credit card details through to us.

Mail Order
Send your order via the post. Please include your name, contact details, delivery details, products you wish to order, together with payment to :

We accept Visa, Mastercard & Bankcard.

Direct Deposit
Payment can be made directly into our bank account:- BSB: 062540 Account: 1016 0518 Name: Cottonwood Designs. To ensure that your order is not held up, please email us with your Deposit Reference Number.

Cheques & Money Orders
We accept Personal and Business cheques. Please make cheques and money orders payable to Cottonwood Designs.

Postage

Postage will be calculated on an individual basis. We will contact you to confirm postage prior to despatch.

International Orders
Postage for orders to be sent overseas will be calculated on an individual basis. We will contact you to confirm this postage charge prior to despatch.

Delivery

We make every effort to despatch orders promptly after receiving payment. We will of course always advise you of any delay.

No Charge Until Despatch

Unlike many Companies it is our policy never to charge your credit card for an order until it is ready to despatch.

We will never share, sell, or rent individual personal information with anyone without your advance permission or unless ordered by a court of law. Information submitted to us is only available to employees managing this information for purposes of contacting you or shipping your goods.
